This One (california common)

Our take on a California Common, a unique North American style with a rich history dating back to the Gold Rush era, this beer is based on our award-winning recipe. It has a moderate malt presence, intertwined with balanced notes of toast and caramel, finished with hints of rustic wood on the nose. It has a beautiful copper color that finishes as crisp as an autumn morning. So when your server or bartender asks what you’d like to drink, point at the menu and say, “I’ll have This One.” You’ll be glad you did. 5.2%, 35 IBU

Anytime (pale ale)

This american-style pale ale exhibits a glorious golden hue with a slight bitter finish, and the nose expresses mild and pleasant tropical hints of mango, tangerine and pineapple, with a slight resinous back note. The perfect blend of character and sessionability. As the name suggests, enjoy Anytime…anytime. 5% abv, 35 IBU

Shaggin' Wagon (IPA)

Brewed in the New England style, this hazy IPA is bursting with juicy tropical notes of pineapple, tangerine and apricot. Bitterness takes a back seat while the hop flavour and aroma can't sit still as they sing their hearts out in the front. A heavy dose of oats and wheat contribute to a soft, creamy body that carries this outrageous beer along its road trip. Hop on the shaggin' wagon and sing along. MOCK (yeah)...ING (yeah)...BIRD (yeah)...
Come by the brewery, hang by the bar and put the vibe out. 6% abv, 55 IBU

Jeanne d'Ark (Oatmeal Stout)

Jeanne d’Arc, or Joan of Arc, is considered a heroine of France and was a feisty and clever military strategist. Known by her nickname, "the Maid of Orléans" (La Pucelle d'Orléans), she was certainly a strong woman ahead of her time and is well deserving of the namesake boulevard that runs through our community. We dedicate this beer to honour our Orléans roots and to strong women everywhere. Jeanne d'Ark is a creamy and delicious oatmeal stout with pronounced chocolate and coffee on the nose, a dense tan head, slight bitterness on the tongue followed by a smooth finish. Battle the autumn evening chill with a glass of this saintly beverage. 5.8% ABV and 36 IBU

Bleu Nuit (blueberry saison) (on tap only)

Our blueberry saison is tart and dry with a naughty whisper of berry sweetness that will keep you coming back for more. One Friday night, between midnight and 2 a.m., we added 28 kg of blueberries to our saison, hummed the theme song to Emmanuelle, dimmed the lights and let them get it on. All natural and all delicious. 6% ABV and 27 IBU.

The Count (Spiced Autumn Ale - seasonal) (on tap only)

In the spirit of Halloween, we decided to brew a beer in honour of Orleans' most ravenous, undead, blood sucker...our accountant, *Yann Brisebois, AKA The Count! Nothing strikes fear in our hearts more than Yann when he starts talking about beer tax. It's truly frightening (especially when he's wearing his Anthrax t-shirt)! This spiced autumn ale gets some of its alluring colour and character from the generous helping of pumpkin puree added to the mash, plus the brown sugar, fresh cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and allspice added to the boil. The Count balances the wonderful flavours and aromas of Thanksgiving with the insatiable excitement of Halloween. 5.6% ABV, 27 IBU and ready to par-tay.
*Yann is an amazing accountant who has helped bring our brewery to where it is today. We are truly thankful for him; however, we can neither deny nor confirm if he is undead.

One Hop Wonder Series

Mosaic (New England style Pale Ale) (no longer available)

A one-hit wonder is any entity that achieves mainstream popularity and success for a very short period of time, often for only one piece of work, and becomes known among the general public solely for that momentary success.

But hops are different! Alone, they can shine in the spotlight, but can also play well within a group. We think every hop deserves it’s time to shine. But only you can determine whether it’s a player or a pretender.

We're stoked to launch the first beer in our single hop series "One Hop Wonder." In this batch, Mosaic is the solo hop to step into the spotlight and get its 15-minutes of fame. It already has quite a ravenous following, playing a North American world tour since 2012 and has played in both solo gigs and large ensembles.

This heavy hitter grabs the mic and screams out aromas and flavours of ripe pineapple, papaya and faint candied blueberries. It will dance on your nose and in your mouth like the Macarena. Brewed in the New England style, bitterness sits in the nose bleed section while the juicy tropical fruity character has the best seat in the house.

Summer Slam (cucumber wheat) (no longer available)

A cucumber wheat beer? There's nothing cooler when it comes to this fruit, so we said 'Why not'? We hand-peeled, cubed and dry-hopped this american wheat beer with 190 english cucumbers. The result is a refreshing ale reminiscent of cool, fresh rain, a slight grassiness, emboldened by a hint of pepper and citrus. 5.5%, 30 IBU

The Infamous...IPA (no longer available)

Our first IPA, this is our hip-hoppy ode to rapper Prodigy (RIP). Like the album of the same name, this IPA is certified gold! The slight malt sweetness is delicately balanced with notes of peach, grapefruit, pineapple, mango and lychee fruit. The North American hops really "give up the goods." A crisp finish with a muted bitterness will allow you to go "mobb deep" with this sneaky 6.4% abv, 55 IBU can of ultimate summer goodness.

Ripe Now (watermelon wheat) (no longer available)

We took our Summer Slam cucumber wheat beer and did a big ole' switcheroo. Yup, we swapped the cukes for the bigger melons, dialed it back a wee bit, resulting in a well-balanced beer that screams patio/beach/friends/fires. 5.2% abv, 30 IBU

Le Normandie (saison) (no longer available)

Le Normandie is a refreshing, unfiltered, hazy saison. Hints of white pepper, lemon and banana are prominent on the nose. This french-inspired beer is our homage to a long gone, but not forgotten Orléans landmark.
The motel was a place for weary travelers to rest. It was also a gathering place for locals to hang out at the bowling alley, eat at the restaurant, and home to many dances and community events.
Be a part of our community and raise a glass to Orléans history. 6% abv 28 IBU
